How can I place an order?
You can order through the website by clicking on the product you want and following the simple steps.
If you’d prefer to order by telephone then please call +44 (0) 7580 402 807 Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm GMT and leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours or alternatively please contact us,
How can I pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards.
Our payments are processed by PAYPAL.
We NEVER see your card details (unless you choose to order by telephone).
Do I have to register?
No, you don’t have to register an account with Paper Memories to place an order.
When will my order be dispatched?
All Paper Memories are individually handcrafted to order and demand is very high.
We aim to dispatch between 7 and 14 WORKING DAYS after your order is made, however during the summer this can be extended to 21 days.
If you need an order in a hurry please contact us before ordering to ensure we can accommodate you.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Currently we deliver to the UK, Ireland, Europe, United States, Canada and Australia.
How much does delivery cost?
All UK orders up to 2Kg in weight include Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery postage. Orders weighing between 2-3Kg cost £5.00, between 3-4kg £7.00 and these orders may be sent via Parcelforce 48hour service if appropriate.
You can upgrade any order to 1st Class Recorded Delivery at just £1.95 per order or £5.95 per order via our Express service which guarantees a 24 hour postal delivery service.

How much can I personalise my item?
As you’re looking through the products, you’ll see a list of specifications and a note on what can be personalised.
As you proceed through checkout, you’ll be given the chance to add your chosen personalisation options, and to tell us anything else we need to know about your requirements .
What if I make a spelling mistake?
Please ensure you enter all your details as you would like that printed, and that all spelling and grammar is correct, as we’ll use them exactly as written.
Can I have my item made to suit my colour scheme?
Yes, many of our items can be made with your colour scheme in mind.
After choosing your base colour (white or ivory/cream), you can then select one of 80 ribbon colours.
Just let us know your requirements when you place an order.
I need something for a birthday party, can you help?
Although our products are designed to suit weddings, many of the designs are suitable for other occasions such as engagement, hen parties, anniversaries, birthdays and all range of other celebrations. Just contact us and tell us what you need!
Can I add more pages to my guest book/album?
Photo albums have a limit of 20 pages and guest books 40 pages.
This is to due to the spine width and to allow you to add your photos to the pages.
However, we use quality thick paper, which means both sides to be used. This means you have 40 sides in an album or 80 in your guest book.
There are 2-3 sizes available in both guest books and photo albums, please refer to product details for more information.
