All products are custom made to your own requirements and the website has been set up to make it easy and clear for you to do so but if you do have any problems please get in touch.

No, you don’t have to register an account with Paper Memories to place an order.

Most Paper Memories & Sarah Mae products are individually handcrafted to order and demand is very high.

Greeting cards are dispatched within 48 hours.
All other products are dispatched between 5-7 working days. If you require your order in a hurry please contact me before you order to ensure I can accommodate you.

Worldwide delivery is available to Europe and the USA but you will need to purchase via the relevant Etsy shops to ensure all taxes and customs are paid.

Postage is calculated according to product and the service you select.

As you’re looking through the products, you’ll see a list of options to choose from before you can add the product to your basket. You will also be asked what details you would like printing.

Please ensure you enter all your details as you would like them printed, and that all spelling and grammar is correct, if you do notice an error please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has already been packed or dispatched it will not be possible to make any amendments, so you will be charged to put it right.

Although our products are designed to suit weddings, many of the designs are suitable for other occasions such as engagement, hen parties, anniversaries, birthdays and all range of other celebrations. You do have the option during checkout to add any comments or information regarding your order so please let us know if you have any special requirements.

I’m sorry all the Guest Books and Photo Albums are made in just their one size and you unable to add pages.
